Join us for a two-day SCS IT Law Seminar on “Fundamental Elements of IT Contracts” by Dr Toh See Kiat from 28 to 29 June 2012. This seminar is designed for IT professionals who have to deal with contracts. It covers the elements of what constitutes a contract; the key clauses which appear in various IT contracts, such as e-sales and e-purchasing, software development, maintenance, procurement and out-sourcing; and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for IT disputes (alternatives to litigation). Participants will get to understand the issues that need to be resolved and pitfalls to watch out for.
