Upon enrolment, applicants are required to submit the following documents to the
SCS Certification Secretariat together with the correct fees:
- Application Form (Form BCM1)
- Self-Assessment Report (Form BCM2A)
- Validator Assessment Report (Form BCM2B)
- Competency Experience report
- Educational Certificates
- Certificate of Attendance (for those who have attended the ISS course)
- Examination Certificate (for those who have sat for the ISS Exam)
- Curriculum Vitae
- SCS Membership Application*
*A duly completed SCS membership application form and membership fees should
be submitted together if applicants are not members at the time of enrolment.
In lieu of course and examinations, applicant must submit a Competency Experience
Report of at least 4,000 words. Kindly adhere to the Guidelines for application,
otherwise your application may not be considered.
The Application Form (BCM1), Assessment Reports (BCM2A and BCM2B),
Competency Experience report and other necessary documents listed in
Section 5 with the appropriate fees must be received by the SCS Certification
Secretariat by either 31 May or 30 November in which the application is considered.
n the event of late submissions, all applications must reach us by 15 June or 15
December, and a late submission fee of S$21.40 for local Applicant or S$20 for
overseas Applicant will be imposed.
Fees should be made payable by cheque to “Singapore Computer Society”.
Cash payment will NOT be accepted.
