He is a pioneer of the electronic retail payments industry, having led the implementation of the first nationwide ATM network at POSB; being part of a team that introduced the EFTPOS network in Singapore; and subsequently led teams in implementing the Cashcard, Internet credit/debit transactions/kiosks and other e-commerce projects. |

| An early interest in video games was the way into IT for Travis Ho. This quickly evolved beyond games into a broader appreciation of IT when he joined the Raffles Institution Computer Science Club and ultimately become its chairman. At the same time, he embarked on the real time strategy game “Teridian Shadow”, for which he teamed up with a classmate to build. This project was later awarded a place at the prestigious MILIA Game Developer Village Showcase 2002, in Cannes, France. Since then, Travis has become an influential member of the student development community and is well-known among local companies and his peers. |

Lua Rui Ping has been a catalyst for the growth of computer technology in his surroundings the through various participation and integration in the student community. Ruiping has served as a Microsoft student partner, SUN campus ambassador and as NTU-Singapore Computer Society’s student representative.
In 2007, Ruiping represented Singapore in the World Wide Developers Conference in San Francisco with a scholarship awarded by Apple. In his capacity as a developer evangelist, he has organized various technology programs, road shows, and student workshops. |
