| Mr Robert Chew, Chairman, IT Standards Committee |
| Robert is currently serving his second term as chairman for the IT Standards Committee (ITSC). At ITSC, he initiated codeXtreme Apps programming competition - a 24hr programming competition; its inaugural event in 2007 was carried out in collaboration with Google using Web 2.0 technologies. The competition was the first of its kind in Singapore and the region. Robert was instrumental in facilitating and formulating Singapore IT Federation’s (SiTF) recommendations to the iN2015 vision and strategy. While serving as a council member of SITF and as the Chairman of its Wireless Chapter in 2004-2006, Robert introduced programming and application development initiatives such as the “I Want Windows Mobile” series of competitions and seminars, organized jointly with Microsoft. As one of the early champions of mobile computing, he launched the annual “WOW!” events , the first of which was part of the telcos’ effort to introduce 3G services and
subsequently to promote
mobile user applications in industries such as manufacturing, logistics and healthcare.

| Mrs Pearleen Chan, Senior Director, IDA International |
| Pearleen pioneered today’s e-government when she was the Deputy General Manager of National Computer Board (NCB) in 1988. She delivered a successful Civil Service Computerisation Program (CSCP)
effort which has made the Civil Service one of the most efficient and responsive in the world, and a model which many other nations in the world are trying to emulate. She also started Singapore Network Services to operate TradeNet
and to extend the use of EDI to improve the efficiency of the supply chain, access to legal services and medical services. Pearleen also took on the role of Chairman of the EDI for Administration, Commerce and Trade Board (EDIFACT)
to promote the use of EDI and EDIFACT standards in Asia. She took Singapore Network Services to 6 other countries and set up joint ventures in China, India, Canada, Mauritius, and Philippines. While working on the CSCP and TradeNet,
Pearleen also devoted time to the SCS. In 1987, she became the President of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) for Information Management (SIM) Singapore Chapter. She then became Vice President of the Singapore Computer Society in
1988 and President in 1991. |

| Rakesh is the founder, managing director and chief executive officer of Heulab Pte Ltd. He spearheaded Heulab from incubation stage at its beginning to become a high-potential leading educational software solutions company serving the global market.
Heulab focuses on the research and development of innovative educational software solutions to schools and education institutes with the aim of re-defining and enhancing the students’ learning experience and effectiveness. Rakesh provided the vision for Heulab, innovated and set the technology
roadmap and direction that led it to its profitable position today with its own made-in-Singapore product called HeuCampus.

| Ms Winne Soh Siow Chei, Co-Founder, Dream Axis Pte Ltd |
| Winne co-founded Dream Axis Pte Ltd, a contents provider company launched in early 2008 with the core purpose to develop virtual space as a mainstream media channel. She is the driving force who shapes the company’s business direction and oversees its operations
while working with partners from the United States, Australia and China. Under her leadership, Dream Axis had recently successfully deployed a virtual campus project led by NUS Computer Centre which attracted more than 9000 student and visitor logins since its inauguration. At 15, she launched her first
self-created CD-ROM production titled “Legend of the Modern City”, which reached more than 3000 students in Singapore. Her innovation was showcased at the Learning Metropolis Convention in 2000. Winne also contributes her time to serve the Association of MACHINIMA Arts & Sciences (AMAS) to evangelize the Machinima movement in Asia, a film-making method that compiles and manipulates existing video game characters and environments into a virtual film. |

| Mr Loke Lup Peng, National Serviceman |
| Lup Peng is an active Microsoft Student Partner during his tertiary years in Temasek Polytechnic, organized events aimed at upgrading various IT skill sets. The events helped enhance, both lecturers and students alike, relevant technical skills to give them an edge in the industry.
He helped set up and spearheaded a Special Interest Group to invoke interest in IT within the faculty’s student body. Lup Peng also took an active interest in community projects such as the one to Hainan Island in China to set up computers and networks in a computer lab for a school. Lup Peng also collaborated with the
Microsoft Innovation Centre in Singapore to develop the innovative Road Monitoring Gadget using LTA’s video camera streams and Windows Vista Sidebar. The gadget has been popular, evidenced by its more than 17,000 downloads. |
