SCS Job Watch is a platform for IT companies in Singapore to post jobs for free and reach out to the 22,000 SCS member community. The difference between SCS Job Watch and other job sites is that this facility is provided free for both recruiters and job-seekers, alike.
The scenarios where this is particularly helpful is for entry to middle level positions where advertising budgets for recruitment are limited. By giving recruiters the ability to recruit students (for internships) and skilled young professionals, SCS aims to bring together both sides of the IT community, thereby giving a systematic process for the best firms to access to the best talents.
