The judging panel of the IT Leader Awards is made up of distinguished judges from the business, public sectors and academia. The panel will evaluate and decide on the award recipient(s) based on the judging criteria described below. ThePanel's decision are final.

Have track record as a leader in the infocomm and digital media industry with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Within the 10-year period, demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of sustained superior performance (as indicated by awards/recognition by employer(s), external organisations, etc.)
Made outstanding contributions to the infocomm and digital media industry
Contributed beyond personal realm of immediate business interest
Eligibility: Individual who establishes a successful,prominent and sustainableinfocomm and digital media business enterprise in Singapore
In order to turn their business vision into reality, entrepreneurs have to master a wide skill set - innovation, business acumen, leadership, calculated risk-taking... and that is just the beginning. This Award recognises entrepreneurs who have overcome odds to stand out among competition. It motivates and encourages those in our midst who are similarly working hard to build up their companies.
Established a successful, prominent and sustainable infocomm and digital media business enterprise in Singapore
Pioneered a new approach, business model, product or service and created a culture of innovation within the organisation
Showed outstanding performance as the owner/operator of the infocomm and digital media business enterprise with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The business should record sustainable financial performance (as indicated by the strength of financial performance and/or industry valuation)
Within the 5-year period, demonstrated a minimum of 3 years of sustained superior performance (as indicated by awards/recognition by employer(s), external organisations, etc.)
Over the past 5 years, demonstrated a track record in raising financial capital, attracting investors, and outstanding company performance (if applicable)
Individuals with high levels of skill in their specialised domains can be instrumental to raise the competency and/or recognition of our industry. This Award recognises professionals who used their expertise in next generation technologies to deliver an outstanding contribution and impact to society through their life-changing products or solutions.
Demonstrate a high level of skill in his/her profession
Promote and champion the profession to a wider audience
Made significant contributions in Next Generation technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, immersive media)
Developed life-changing solutions or products that have positively impacted the community
Made a positive and tangible impact on the infocomm and digital media industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Within the 5-year period, demonstrated a minimum of 3 years of sustained superior performance (as indicated by awards/recognition by employer(s), external organisations, etc)
Receivedprofessional designations, awards and other forms of recognition
Taken part in volunteer work or community service related to the industry
Each industry is built on the backs of movers and shakers who have enriched the community with their sustained efforts over the years. Recognising their achievements, this Award honours individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the local infocomm anddigital media industry over an extended period of time.

Aged 30 years and below (as of 1 January 2019)
Made outstanding personal contribution to the industry in school, an institute of higher learning and /or a community in Singapore
Developed new infocomm and digital media-based resources, services or applications OR added value to existing infocomm and digital media based resources, services or applications (eg new features)
Instilled a passion for infocomm and digital media amongst his/her peers
Take action to develop innovations in infocomm and digital media into a business venture with potential commercial value
Won infocomm and digital media related awards at the local and/or international level
