IT Leader of the Year
Ms Wu Choy Peng
Ms Wu is the Group Chief Information Officer for Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), a global container shipping and logistics company. Choy Peng's leadership has brought about the implementation of many projects that epitomises industry-leading innovation. In 2011, she was named "CIO of the Year" by IDC Asia Pacific for her outstanding leadership and innovative ability to implement technologies that enable competitive advantages in a hyper-growth, hyper-competitive market. She has been instrumental in architecting NOL's overarching IT plan to transform the business through a Replacement and Modernisation of Legacy Systems (REMODEL) program. Choy Peng is a Fellow Member of the Singapore Computer Society. She led the editorial team for the COMIT Book of Knowledge, and the revised CITPM Book of Knowledge. Choy Peng was previously President of the Information Technology Managers Association from 2006 to 2009. She has also served on the Central Provident Fund Board and the National Library Board. She is currently a board member of the Institute of Systems Science and IDA International.

Mr Lim Swee Cheang
Mr Lim is the Chief Executive Officer for Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore. Swee was instrumental in developing several industry-oriented educational programmes for both senior management and IT professionals. These included the setting up of two highly successful postgraduate master programmes in software engineering and knowledge engineering. With his expertise in IT and passion for education, Swee was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2009 (nominated by LTA) and the Long Service Medal in 2010 (nominated by NUS). Swee is a member of the Advisory Committee in both Nanyang Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic, a member of the NSL Ltd's (formally known as Natsteel Ltd) Corporate Research and Development Advisory Panel, as well as an appointed Director of EZ-Link Board. He is also a Fellow Member of the Singapore Computer Society and a member of ITMA.

Mr Kelly Choo
Mr Choo is the co-founder and the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Brandtology that was founded in 2008. Today, it has grown into one of the leading Social Media Intelligence providers in the world. Kelly's ability to understand and meet the market's needs helped rally Brandtology's exponential business growth since its inception. He has been frequently invited to speak at events and conferences on topics such as Social Media Intelligence, Social Media Monitoring, Online Measurement and Digital PR. Kelly has helped invent ways that benefit businesses in today's information technology age and will continue to do so as he enjoys the process of meeting the market's needs through innovation.

Mr Joel Lou
Mr Lou is the Chief Executive Officer of JustCommodity Software Solutions (JCSS), the leading Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) solutions provider in Asia-Pacific. In 2006, he took leadership of JCSS with the aim of re-energizing the company and bringing it back on the tracks of profitability. From a team of three, JCSS grew into a multicultural company of 80 dedicated employees who are based across offices strategically located in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and China. Through his thought leadership, JCSS has won numerous awards, including Singapore's Enterprise 50, Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 in Asia Pacific for two consecutive years and most notably Joel was conferred "Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Year" by APEA in 2011.
Mr Nicholas Ooi
Mr Ooi's passion for IT first began with computer games at the age of 8 and was fascinated by the first computer game he played. The characters in the game had such great abilities and fancy moves! This was the start of his curiosity in computers and all things connected to the computer. It was during his studies in ITE that Nicholas started to think of different ways to solve problems using IT. At the age of 17, Nicholas founded a company called Towards Technology without any funds. The vision of Towards Technology was to use IT to make improvements in people's lives and make their work more efficient or simpler. To date, his clients include PropNex Group, IR Property Group, Church Faith Assembly of God, Canon, Singapore Police Force and many others.
Mr Zhang Lizi
Mr Zhang was inspired by Facebook's success and commits himself to devise a trust ranking algorithm for online social networks. Lizi's outstanding academic achievements have impressed the top IT research institutes in the world. He was invited by the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) to meet their IT research groups and exchange ideas on Caltech's active sustainable computing projects. Lizi consistently and actively shares his IT expertise with many local and overseas communities with the goal of benefitting others. He is a student tutor at the School of Computer Engineering at NTU, and assists juniors in learning advanced IT concepts. Lizi also volunteered to teach IT at a USA high school, where most students are from racial minorities and low-income families. He helped them in learning their IT modules and also forged friendships with them.
