IT Leader of the Year
Ms Tan Yen Yen
Ms Tan is the Senior Vice President of Applications for Oracle Corporation Asia Pacific. Yen Yen is currently serving her third term as Chairperson of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF). One of the key themes that emerged under Yen Yen's leadership is the capacity to innovate. In her previous role as Hewlett Packard Singapore's Managing Director and Vice President of Enterprise Business, Yen Yen was instrumental in establishing HP's seventh corporate labs in Singapore. Through Yen Yen's advocacy, she helped establish Singapore Infocomm Development Authority's (IDA) Open Cirrus (Cloud) collaboration with HP, Intel and Yahoo! Open Cirrus is an initiative to create a global, multi-data centre, open source test bed for advancing cloud computing research and education. As a rain-maker, she spurred Singapore's enterprise adoption of cloud computing, by launching Alatum, a public cloud service provider business with SingTel.

Adjunct Professor Lee Kwok Cheong (KC)
Professor Lee is an IT veteran and now an education innovator. As the former chief of National Computer Systems, he nurtured the organisation into a regional IT and communications engineering powerhouse, more than quadrupling revenues between 1995 and 2005. KC was also the unofficial IT ambassador for Singapore, promoting our IT capabilities and resources to the rest of the world. KC moved from the IT industry to the education sector in 2005 where he doubled the student enrolment at SIM Global Education to 20,000 strong today. With his expertise in IT and his passion for education, he was awarded the Public Service Medal under the 2010 National Day Awards.

Mr Douglas Gan
Mr Gan is the founder and CEO of ShowNearby, Singapore's leading location-based service provider. He has more than 10 years' experience in business and entrepreneurship in the Internet industry. In March 2008, he founded ShowNearby, which was later invested by Global Yellow Pages for SGD 3.5 million. ShowNearby's multiple awards and accolade-winning mobile applications are heavily used by end-users and business owners. At 16, Douglas founded PureHostings.net, one of the pioneer webhosting companies in Singapore, and later started a handful of Internet-related businesses.
Mr Vishnu Prem
Mr Prem passion for Computer Science was first ignited at the age of 12 with the book "C Programming for beginners". He pursued his studies at the NUS High School of Math and Science where he was a key member of the InfoComm Club and the Vice Chairperson of the Media Club in 2009. His strong interest in application development resulted in many innovative breakthroughs in the IT industry. Vishnu was selected for the "IDA InfoComm Ambassadors Program" - an initiative started by the IDA that allows student leaders to play a larger role in the InfoComm clubs in schools and was sponsored by IDA for a 10 days "Infocomm Club Study Trip to Silicon Valley" in 2008. Vishnu wishes to pursue computer science in the future and dreams of starting his own venture that will seek to bring affordable technology to the masses.
