IT Leader of the Year
Mr Bill Chang
Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of Group Enterprise and, concurrently, the Country Chief Officer at Singtel. In his 23 years of experience as a ICT professional, Bill has served with leading companies including Hewlett Packard, Cisco and, now, Singtel. His relentless passion, drive and focus on developing talent, he has contributed much to the industry and led numerous teams to achieve breakthroughs along the way. Bill is also a fervent believer in lifelong education and skills upgrading as being the "best equalisers in life" and is committed to investing in young talents to nurture their interest in ICT, with a view of developing a sustainable talent pipeline for the industry.

Mr Saw Ken Wye
Ken is the Chief Executive Officer of CrimsonLogic. Ken began his three-decade career with the National Computer Board (NCB) and was involved in the computerisation of hospitals in the Ministry of Health. He spent 15 years at the NCB and, in his last position as Assistant Chief Executive Industry - he championed industry development, manpower development and adoption of IT by local SMEs. Ken joined Microsoft in 1997 as Managing Director, Singapore and over the next 16 years, held various senior positions in the company. An active IT advocate, Ken has also represented the industry on numerous Government committees and has been involved in the development of a number of National IT Plans, including IT2000.
Professional of the Year
Dr Lim Woo Lip
Dr Lim is Vice President of SmartHub and Cyber Security at StarHub. As a firm believer in building the local ICT ecosystem for long term sustainability in Singapore, Woo Lip has helped to establish links between government agencies, institutes of higher learning (IHLs) and commercial companies for collaborations and joint developments in data analytics and cyber security. In 2015, Woo Lip conceptualised the national level telco centric cyber security capability and successfully secured funding from EDB to establish the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CS-COE) in Singapore.
Entrepreneur of the Year
Mr Alex Lau
Alex is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Anacle Systems Limited. Through his leadership, Alex has transformed Anacle Systems from a start-up to a listed company with a market presence across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. His entrepreneurial spirit and vision pushes him to scale new heights which led him to receive a number of prestigious awards and recognitions. Alex is passionate about the youth and believes strongly in nurturing the next generation of ICT professionals.
Mr Yeo Quan Yang
Quan Yang is a Computer Science undergraduate at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He developed an interest in Information Security in 2006 and taught himself PHP, a popular general-purpose scripting language. In his first year at NUS, Quan Yang founded NUS Greyhats, an interest group that aims to foster collaboration and promote interest in Information Security in NUS. Quan Yang has participated in and won many national and international competitions, all while maintaining a stellar academic record and achieved Dean's List for four semesters. Earlier this year, Quan Yang secured an internship with Google Switzerland.
